Bitget, the world’s largest universal exchange (UEX), has launched Gracy AI, cryptocurrency’s first animated digital human designed to bring true leadership thinking to one-on-one conversations with users.
Built around Bitget CEO Gracy Chen’s experience and decision-making approach, Gracy AI evolves beyond charts and short-term signals. Instead, we give users a space to interact with AI that reflects market cycles, strategy, career questions, and how true industry leaders are thinking about growth, risk, and long-term direction.
This launch marks a change in how exchanges use AI. Gracy AI focuses on interpretation and context, rather than acting as another data layer. Users can ask questions about where the industry is heading, how to navigate uncertainty, how to approach decision-making when markets are tumultuous, and more. The goal is not to predict prices, but to help users think more clearly about prices.
“Honestly, I still think it’s kind of funny to see your AI avatar on the screen,” says Bitget CEO Gracy Chen. She added:
“But a big part of my job is listening to users’ concerns, being close to the details, and helping people understand what’s really going on in the market. My team built Gracy AI on the same approach, so more users can connect, learn, and grow while feeling supported by me and my team.”
Gracy AI is part of a broader AI roadmap as part of Bitget’s UEX transformation. After GetAgent established Bitget’s AI capabilities in analytics and decision support, Gracy AI represents the more human side of that strategy, where technology supports understanding rather than just execution.
To commemorate this, Bitget is rolling out thematic Gracy AI conversations around moments of reflection and rebirth. Chats focused on self-care will be introduced on Valentine’s Day, and guided conversations about goals, vision, and new beginnings will take place during Lunar New Year. These campaigns are designed to make AI interactions feel personal, timely, and useful, rather than transactional.
The announcement of Gracy AI builds on Bitget’s broader push to make AI truly useful to everyday traders. From AI-powered market insights and smart trading tools to products like GetAgent that help users avoid volatility with clearer signals and context.
Bitget has steadily integrated AI to reduce friction and improve decision-making. Gracy AI extends that approach by incorporating experience, perspective, and real-time intelligence into a conversational layer that is more accessible to users. As Bitget continues to evolve into a universal exchange, Gracy AI reflects the simple idea that better tools are important, but better thinking is even more important.
